PLEASE READ BEFORE ACCEPTING THE TERMS!

The puppy purchase agreement (the“ Contract”) is made and effective, set forth by and between the following: Another Level Bully’s LLC and (“buyer”)

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises expressed herein, the parties agree that the following conditions will be met: no other terms or conditions will be expressed, implied, or accepted.

INTENT TO PURCHASE

The buyer understands that once deposit(s) to hold any puppy, it is a commitment to buy and is agreed to be legally binding for the purchase of a puppy.

The deposit(s) paid by Buyer to Seller is therefore NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another litter under certain circumstances as described within this contract.

All Deposit(s) will contribute to the overall cost of the puppy. Deposit(s) will vary depending on the selection rights for the puppy. The balance of the purchase price of the Puppy is to be paid by Buyer and received by the Seller by the time puppy is (8) weeks of age or when the Buyer takes possession of the puppy. If the Buyer has requested SHIPPING of the Puppy to the Buyer, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to complete payment of the Puppy prior to the Puppy leaving Seller. If the Puppy has NOT been paid in full by the time Puppy has reached the (8) weeks plus SEVEN business days, the buyer will forfeit their deposit.

If the Buyer changes their mind about purchasing a specific puppy, the deposit may be transferred to any available puppy at the time. If the breeding does not take, or the desired pick/sex is not produced, the deposit will be transferred to the repeat breeding of the sire and dam or another breeding of the customer’s choice. Even if breeding is not repeated, deposit(s) are non-refundable. They must be transferred to another breeding.

REPRESENTATION

There are no guarantees the Puppy sold by the Seller to the Buyer will achieve any prominence in the bully community. With the proper training and care on the Buyer's part, the Puppy can achieve the standards of sire and dam.

All Another Level Bully Puppies come with pre-health checks by professional veterinarians, 1st de-worming, 1st vaccination, and registration paperwork.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, HERE AT ANOTHER LEVEL BULLY’S (ALB), DO NOT CONDONE DOG FIGHTING OF ANY OF OUR AMERICAN BULLIES AND IS NOT BRED FOR SUCH ACTIONS. ONCE YOUR PET HAS LEFT (ALB) FACILITY AND BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW OWNER'S CARE, (ALB) IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REIMBURSEMENT THAT RESULTS IN DOG FIGHTING. NOR WILL (ALB) ALLOW THE PROMOTION OF DOG FIGHTING UNDER THE NAME ANOTHER LEVEL BULLY’S.

BY CHECKING OUT WITH PURHCASE OF THIS PUPPY DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ABOVE AGREEMENT.
